I was at GNC and this guy said that Ginger ale was the best thing to take Creatine Mono in becasue of the extra calories it gave you some serious mass? is this true

no, its the sugar that helps transport the creatine to your muscles. i was always told either grape or apple juice works really good.

thos were bad posts..lol i was kidding about the ginger ale i have a bottle next to me. i just randomly put that post up to see if anyone would say anything funny back..esspecially about GNC becasue something like that someone at GNC would say becasue they are retarded

Ginger ale contains sugar - a carbohydrate (CH20)n. Muscle contains protein which contains nitrogen. Carbohydrates dont contain nitrogen & cannot contribute directly to muscle mass. Very basic science.
