    Oats!

oats are pretty much a bodybuilding must and i love them

but they do get to be a little bland, is there any way to make them taste a little better other then adding the basic sweeteners (sugar, honey, etc.)

I like to add some raisins and a little 100% pure maple syrup, or pure mesquite honey.

When you guys refir to oats, do you mean plain quaker oatmeal? That's what I've always thought you meant and I take them everyday along with some pure maple syrup.

here are some ideas... combine them all to make the best tasting thing youve ever had, its like some sort of warm oatmeal cookie dough

    1. splenda
    2. sugar free jelly
    3. natural pb
    4. cook them in milk instead of water

The Queaker Oat meal (cinnamon and brown sugar tastes good). But splenda helps. Adding whey protein will not make it taste better by any means... who ever said that. But of course if you can stomach up and eat it with protein, then your a step ahead of a lot of people.

more inportantly keep pounding down the oat meal in the morning so you have your good carbs to start off the day, and of course some source of protein. wheter it be eggs, or a scoop of protein... etc

    cheers

add berries or syrup or honey. Just be sure to keep the sugar intake as low as possible.
