Hey, I usually do DB Lunges after ATG squats on leg day and was wondering if DB step ups are a suitable substitute for the lunges. I have been doing them for a while and maybe its time for something new. If anyone's tried them weighted or if you know anything about it, I'd love to hear your thoughts. Thanks in advance

Yes, you can substitute them for lunges. I have done this and you can see them in my workouts (through my logs, that is).
