    Keto Question

Hey every1. I havent posted in a while, i had some **** to deal with. I hope u missed me as much as i missed this board. LOL. Anyways, i have bulked terribly, ate like ****, but oh well. Now i need to do some cutting before i continue bulking. I just wanted to know how many grams of carbs are u allowed to eat on keto? and also, what are the good sources of fats, besides nuts and oils? kinds that u can eat quick and take it packed.
    BULKING SEASON BABY!!!

low carb diets are tough to maintain while not at home. ohh yhea now i remember hard boiled eggs are good to take. umm at first i recommend not eating any carbs at all, then slowly start eating a little at a time. never eat refined grains like pasta and bread though. hope that helps
