I see this is ur 1st time, pls search in the future. It's not about the whey or anything else, it's about proper diet and lifting. Whey will not add muscle only hard work, that being said it's about as good as any other, just my 2 cents.

It will work as well as any other protein for adding muscle.
And if you expect to see noticeable muscle gains from whey you are purchasing it for the wrong reason.Don't Support Companies that are suing me!!

How does it work?
It works by waking up every morning at 5:30 am strapping on its boots and grabbing its lunch tin and a cup of joe and hitting the job like its honored to be able to work and dedicated to the cause.
No, its works just like any other whey protein but manages to taste like complete crap at the same time.No matter how far a jackass travels, it won't come back a horse.
