the separation in between your pectorals is amazing. I think your quads are a little small for the rest of your body, but not alot of 20 year olds have huge wheels.

looking jacked though man, what place did you get?

Also, how did you come in that dry? did you do any carb cycling?

You have a great physique..

If I was a judge though I would notice the "small" size of your lower body though. I would focus on that area pretty hard for future training.

yeh i need to work on my legs deffinetly but belive it or not they came up from last year but lookin to gain some size this year hittin them twice a week now . as far as diet i hang at about 30grams of carbs like 6 weeks out and really dont change anythiing no loading no nothing no room for error that way ya know conditioning is always my #1 priority being so young i try to master that while the size will come as far as place i got my butt kiked got 9th out of 15 guys but its a lil debatable as it always is but we all new i had to be bigger so its ok next year i will kik butt in super heavy...

yehu do get pretty tired at 30 grams a day but caffeine keeeps me going for the time being and hey if it were easy every1 would be a bodybuilder right
