Ok, ive got my bottle of whey protein, and i understand that it needs to be mixed with something else.
What can i mix it with?
How soon after my workout should i use it?
Is it ok if it sits after ive mixed it?

I mix mine with either water or milk. Preferably, you should use water post-workout to quicken absorption and milk at other times when you don't need to have it absorbed so quickly. Use it right after your workout always. Also, you can use it in the morning when you wake up or preworkout or at any other time of the day to fill protein needs. As for as I know, it is fine to leave ot mixed for a length of time.

Ok I'm nice cause some ppl refuse to read, mix it with milk, water, juice, piss or whatever makes you happy. Most ppl will say drink it withing 30 minutes but don't beat yourself up about it. Yes it can sit, I wouldn't let it go more than 24hr, I would also refrigerate it after it's been mixed. hope this helps.
