I read on your site to use sesamin and green tean if you are at about 20% trying to lose body fat. I think I should try those two things before I try a fat burning stimulant. When do you recommend to take this and how often to take sesamin? Also I am not too familiar with this product as I am with flax and fish oil, so is this a pill or oil? Thanks, I have really learned a lot from your site and continue to read more and more.

Sesathin is an oil and is available in both liquid and capsule form, the instructions are on the bottle. Sesathin and sesamin are the same thing, so buy whichever is cheaper.
