tell that to women.
seriously estrogenic fat (alpha2 adrenoceptor laden fat) is "stubborn" fat. it is very resistant to lipolysis.
yes losing overall body fat will help, but those areas are going to be hard to reduce, because they lack the adrenergic stimulus to allow for fatty acid release (negative feedback from the A2 receptor)

i lift weights cuz i like being bigger and stronger than the average man. I love having people think twice before they cut infront of me or disrespect me in anyway, just like i would if i ever encountered a bigger man than me.

I'd be more interested in seeing a pic than jumpy to the conclusion that this is estrogenic fat pattern.
In fact, the 'spare tire' fat collection is typical of male. It's a continuation of stomach fat accumulation, and is generally one of the last areas to go when losing fat.
My inclination would be that you're at about, 13-15% bf and need to drop a bit more to have it go away.

My bulk hasn't been clean, though, for the last 9 lbs due to being busy at work.

Yes, I think they recommend using it when you are under 15% for best results. If you have alot of A2 receptors in that area it will work. You won't see results as fast as you would at a lower BF, but it WILL come off those A2 dense areas faster. Regards, Odin

Topical yohimbine (with a preference for yohimburn ES) will work on women at pretty much any bodyfat. Women pretty much, with a few exceptions, are laden with A2 receptors. its an evolutionary adaptation to prevent utilization of fat and increase its storage (feast and famine) - survival of mother and child insured by this

fat ass
I actually also have fat on my ass, I've managed to get lean on my upper body with cardio and good weight training and all and probably am below the 15% fat range, I'm guessing that even 4-5% fat is on my freakin ass!!! I hate it and I'm a guy! By the way I'm 190lbs 6' tall, I don't have pics but basically I measured my hips (my butt) and it is like 40" While my waist is around 33 - 34"
Please let me know if I can use yohimburn or lipoderm-Y, the latter hopefully as it is cheaper here in Canada.
