i've been weight training for 2 years and been taking creatine for a year. i noticed that it changes my mood and im more irritated by little things, and when i stopped taking it, i wouldnt feel as irritated. this ever happen to you guys?

creatine's just a peptide. a short amino acid chain.
protein > peptides (e.g. creatine) >amino acids
proteases break down protein into peptides; pepsin breaks down peptides into amino acids. i think creatine's made of 2 or 3 aminos.
it's not the creatine that's doing this to you. must be a placebo effect. or it could be due to exercise. testosterone and growth hormone production goes up loads when you exercise, so you feel generally more aggressive and physical. i feel a big difference in my mood the day after doing some heavy leg exercises.

Most likely the increased muscle mass causes an increase in testosterone levels. The result is more aggresivness. I've noticed this in myself just from working out.
