i was just wondering how many scoops of whey do you guys consume per day? i have 3 scoops a day.

i don't have whey now. i don't have any supplements now apart from fish oil, which i don't consider a bodybuilding supplement anyway. i'm not even bodybuilding at the moment; i'm taking a rest week. next week i'll do endurance training, because the weights at home are too light to do BBing with.
BUT, i'll start bodybuilding again on June 16th, when i finish school and join the health centre. i'll buy myself some whey protein, some CEE and some casein.
i'll be having 3 whey shakes (1 pre-workout, 1 post-workout and 1 later on in the day) and 1 casein shake before bed. that'll be about 100g from supplementing alone.

In all honesty, now that I am dieting, I have at LEAST 10 scoops a day, sometimes 15. And the best part is, I dont get gassy (well maybe I dso, but not anything unusual). Its easier for me to make a shake, than it is to cook a chicken breast.
