Bad pain in the middle of the back.
Must've used my back to unrack my PR on the squat. Ouch, I felt it the next day; that was three days ago.
Funny, how it's bang in the center of the back.

continue resting and if it still hurts in a few days go to a doc if you can afford it.

You probably just pinched a nerve I get that sometimes. It's soo bad sometimes I can't even turn my head or bend my neck. Give it a week and lift light if you can. If it doesn't get better get checked out by a doc.
