Looking To Compete .... Can Anyone Help?

Hey guys,

I plan on hitting the bodybuilding stage for the first time in November and am looking for help. I'm looking to get advice and coaching on diet, training, and posing. Currently I'm 198lbs - 5'8" - 46"Chest - 32"Waist - 26"Quads - 15.5"Arms. The show is on November 25th and I'm planning on beginning my contest prep 16 weeks out which would be August 7th.

I live in London, Ontario Canada and would appreciate any help or advice that you guys could throw my way.

I work for FAME, and we have lots of shows in November to try out. Actually we have one Oct 31st, Halloween Mayhem, and it is in Hamilton. You could try to come in for that show. You would have plenty and plenty of time to diet down and get ready for it. Check out www.FAMEworldtour.com to see a listing of all the events in your area.

Hey Super Muscle.

Winfit Promotions lists a few upcoming contests in November.

It is always a good idea if you can to check out some of the shows prior to yours if you can. This is generally good for motivation and also you may be seeing some of of the people that you may be competing against.

They list 3 shows in Ontario in November. http://www.winfitpromotions.com/upcoming_shows.html

I am going to their show this weekend - the Ontario Naturals in Ajax.
I am hoping it is a good show. I heard they have over 75 competitors already.
