    How Bad is Burger King?

    I'm getting ready for football, (buking) and am just wondering weather a Whopper (No mayo) and large fries and water is the worst thing for my bulking diet.

    Once a week wont hurt you, especially on a bulk, but dont use it as a fast way to put on some extra poundage.

    yeah man just eat it as a cheat meal once a week or once every 2 weeks it wont hurt ya ..especially as a bulk diet..just try not to overdue it tho lol

    Im one to eat alot of fast food... but, i have to say whoppers are horrible. I ate 2 of them a few months back and i literally felt sick. My stomach started turning and i felt really tired right after eating it. Why not go for a grilled chicken sandwhich, those taste better and they are more healthy.
