Palm Grip!!!!

Whats the difference between palm grip chins and wide grip chins??? In a palm grip, palms are facing each other??????

wide grip chins are where your thumbs are an inch apart and palm chins are for people who exercise in california and florida

Palm grip is probably what is normally called a thumbless grip: grabbing the bar with your fingers and thumbs on the same side of the bar. It could also refer to a supinated grip: palms facing you. Technically, a chin up is when your palms face you (supinated), and a pull up is when your palms face away from you (pronated).
