1 Test question

i am currently taking 225 mgs of 1T ethergels. i was wondering does anyone else notice when they r aking 1test that they start to itch real bad when they workout. right when i begin to sweat i get this horrible itch all over my body. also noticed this with 1ad. thanks for any comments

Isnt 225mg high?
I though recommended for ethergels is 150mg?
My shipment is on the way, I have not started it yet.

I think 300 mg is much better when using ethergels.

Even with transdermals, the 1-test can cause a slight itchiness, I wouyldn't worry about it.

Some are literally allergic to 1-test. You may be one at that dose. If you start to break out in a rash you will know for sure.

That is an understatement LOL.

At night take an antihistamine if you break out in a rash.
it gets rid of the rash.
I literally broke out in hives near the end of my cycle.
I have tried a couple of antihistamines including benadryl
which didn't work as well as thera flu (like neocitran)
which contains Chlorpheniramine
For me Chlorpheniramine did the trick.

I am not sure how many mgs is in each serving of Mag-10, but when I was on the 2 weeks on/2 weeks off cycle, I took two dosages a day for a total of 4 weeks, which I believe is not enough, thats probably why I had no side effects at all.
Would have been interesting to see after 8-12 weeks.

So do you mean 50mg ethergel is equal to 300mg cap
or do you mean 50mg ethergel would have to equal the absorbtion of a 300mg cap?

4AD ethergels are basically the same price as AndroDiol Select from Ergo.

For it to be worth your money you would have to be convinced that 50mg worth of ethergels will provide more than 300mg of Androdiol Select. It is my contention that this is not the case. Just take your regular 4AD cap with flax oil and you'll be fine.
