    Question Post Contest Bloat

    Anyone have any suggestions concerning post contest bloat and subcutaneous water retention and how to get your water level back to normal after finish your post contest binge ?

    I had it bad after my last show (my first).....I lost my abs by wednesday and they didn't return until I dieted down for this coming show!

    I think the key is to "diet out" of a show, gradually adding carbs back in. That's my plan for this season so I hope it works
