I decided against it. I train at home with no machines, so i'd be screwed if i had to cruise a leg exercise.

I see the upper/lower routines are becoming more trendy thanks to a certain m0nstr0 we all know.
good luck with the cut.
PS: You should bulk though.

I was. But then i blew a blood vessel doing a widowmaker on dumbell squats and had to take the entire week off. And plus like i said, it's not really optimal for me. I train at home, theres a limited amount of leg exercises you can do with freeweights (that are worth anything). So if i had to ditch an exercise, there'd be nothing to replace it with.

Thanks, although since those pics were taken, i've gotten a little smoother.
Yeah, I'm working very hard on bringing up my pressing strength. Hopefully I'll be moving 150-160 by the end of the year.

Lower:
1. Squats
6X265, 6X265, 5X245
2. Leg Extensions:
10X100, 10X100, 10X100
3. Lying Leg Curls:
4X95, 4X95, 4X90
Nothing really special here, I wasn't expecting great numbers on squats because this is my first time working lower body since before my week off. Lower reps for hamstrings rock.

Thats a damn respectable poundage you're squatting there bro - I'm impressed!!
........and the leg curls!!
Do you have a leg extension machine at home, or have you improvized somehow?

That's actually a really respectable poundage. What's your PR then?

I don't have the cable machine, I just the freeweight version (that stupid leg developer thingie that comes with benches).
TTG-
The heaviest I've ever squatted is 290 for 6 reps.
Gangsta-
Not sure about my weight. It's anywhere from 170-180 @ 5 7''. As of right now I don't have any plans of competing. IMO, one could have the mass for it, but to actually get competition ready is so damn complicated. The water draining, carb depletion, tanning, not to mention that you have to hold poses for so friggin long in such a depleted state. Not for me Thank you for the compliment tho.

5/31/06 Upper
1. Weighted Chin ups:
8XBW+10, 8XBW+10, 6XBW+10, 5BW
2. Incline Db Bench:
5X75, 4X75, 3X75, 5X60
3. EZ Curls:
4X80, 4X80, 3X80
4. Close Grip Bench Press:
8X145, 4X155, 3X155, 6X135
Good session. These aren't rep PR's, but it is the heaviest I've ever gone on these lifts. I'm trying low reps for arms for a while.
