Ok i know that you can lsoe muscle if you dont eat but what about cardio? I EAT A LOT. I GOT ABOLUPTLY NO PORBLEMS WITH EATING, IM A FOOD INHALER. Based on my status of eating can "I" lose muscle from doing cardio?
What type of cardio? I've heard that running a lot of distance actually can burn muscle and calories like crazy, but if you run sprints you are more likely to build muscle.
