Since your 17 just stick with the basics whey protein, fish oil, creatine, multivitamin. Main thing you should focus on is your diet.

Keto diet, i would say appetite suppresants will be most helpful
Synephrine, 5-htp, and Hoodia.
I would go Primaforce Syneburn and SAN Vanquish. The biggest problem will be controlling your appetite and these should keep control of it.
Whatever stim of your choice will help as well.Don't Support Companies that are suing me!!

At 17 you don't need a fat burner bro, ESPECIALLY on a ketogenic diet. However, supplementing with extra EFAs would be helpful.
Sesamin would be beneficial, but I'm not sure of their stand on recommending even a non-stim to a minor.
I've used Red Acid on three different Keto sessions, and I love it, but like I said.. at 17 I wouldn't advise it.

I had to go this route because I used to have the spillage issues even with Gxr, once I got some sugar in me a whole box of cocoa puffs would follow!

Keto is awesome for cutting, but man does it plug you up Make sure you take plenty of fiber.
For carbups, I usually eat tons of lentils, beans, rice, wheat/multigrain bread, baked potatoes, and oatsLast edited by Shortfuze; 05-28-2006 at 02:01 AM.

At 17, I'd be very weary about cutting. Your body needs nutrients for endocrine development and strong hormone levels.
IF you opt to cut, do it slowly, and do it with cardio, diet, and a good training routine. Keep fats and proteins high and cut carbs as necessary to obtain 1lb a week weight loss at MAX.
Avoid stimulants. If you TRULY need help, look at Sesamin and Melting Point. My place in here at bb.com is as a fitness enthusiast and recommendations do not represent medical advice. Please consult your examining physician for all medical concerns.
I'm not a "rep," and most "reps":
