Okay I am kinda confused.. How do I get the extra calories to bulk if I am trying to eat very clean carbs and high protein meals? I am easily meating my protein and carb conditions but hell I believe I am WAY below my caloric intake... its not like i wanna go eat a piece of pizza just to make up for it so any ideas ?

Flax is way better than peanut butter
buy the oil and not the pills...its not that expensive...especially if you buy it in large quantities....make sure its not too much though...only lasts about 5 weeks after opening. Fat is very important and should not be neglected, and is very calorie dense food."Change is Inevitable, Progress Isn't"

okay its hard to say my exact diet because of college but here is a sample.. each number corresponds to something i ate throughout the day..
1. 1 1/2 cups oats 1.25 cups fat free milk
2. bananna
3. triple stack sandwich (2 slices of pepper jack cheese, 7 slices of turkey, 3 pieces whole wheat bread, 3 slices of tomatoes, onions, lil bit of lettuce), pickle
blueberry muffin
4. bananna, cup of milk
5. can of tuna (35 g of protein serving)
6. myoplex shake with extra whey (45g protein total)
7. for dinner its strange, since they dont offer high quality foods really then i just get the rolled up meat, so i get 3 slices of ham, 3 of turkey, and 3 of roast beef, salad with tomatoes, rice, and a lil bit of beef strips with my rice and usually some pasta as well..
the turkey slices are like 6 x 4 inches (but an ellipse) ..
thats a typical day... again its really hard cause im at school..Last edited by LakeMountD; 12-14-2002 at 08:08 AM.

Everyone automatically recomends healthy fat when someone is trying to get more calories. I would first get them from protein and carbs, and then fat.
