Actually thats enough.
3 workouts is by far not enough to stimulate growth...especially in the
chest area. I'm not saying you need to do 30 sets a workout, but at least 15 and up to 24....I do 20...and i do that twice a week. Back when i was so scared of "overtraining" i only did 3x3x10, damn i wasted my time...
