Does it slow muscle growth or hinder training? I hear boxers always obstain from sex/jerking off while they train. Any truth to this or is it merely an old wives tale?

The hormones excreted when you "BA-GAWK" will temporarily weaken you and make you feel relaxed...probably don't want to add it to your pre-workout regimen.
