On back/bicep day, should I do back or biceps first?

here is my routine, if you want to use it
-deadlifts 3 sets 10, 8, 6
-t-bar rows 3 sets 12, 10, 8
-close grip lat pull downs 3 sets 12, 10, 8
-close grip EZ bicep curl 3 sets 12, 10, 8
you may wanna use a different set n rep scheme, to what suits you better, and/or add more exercises

yea id say back first, but if u want to get the most out of ur bis for more growth, do ur bi's on a push day not a pull. like do bis on chest day, and tris on back day. u dont use ur biceps when u do ur chest, and u dont use ur tris when u use ur back. there mainly just used as stabilizers. youlll get more of a workout if u do this.

I prefer to hit the back first. I'd rather be 100% for back instead of biceps. my personal preference, find what works best for you. but remember to mix it up from time to time.

Its always compounds first anyways, most back exercises involve biceps ,lats. So you should do back first and then kill your biceps with maybe 1 or 2 isolation exercises if you feel like you need to.

Exactly!
Your bis will be too tired to work your back effectively.
Thats like asking if you should work tris before chest (the answer is no by the way)

I agree, but it really is a matter of preference. You wont be at 100% during the second muscle group, so you have to chose which one is best for that.

Biceps first definitely. It helps you focus more on your guns, then when you do lat pulldowns, your biceps will be tired so your back will definitely be doing most of the work. Hope that helps.
