Hello everybody, before I say anything, I have already searched for cutting diets. I had found a link to posts about nothing other than cutting and bulking diets, but dont know what happened to it. Anyway, Just getting off a bulk, gained 15 pounds, maintaining rougly 16% bodyfat. 5"9', work construction, will be doing HIIT on days Im not working out (3 lifting,4 cardio).

I am looking for specifics guys, not just eat this many calories, do this here. I want to know what I am suppose to be eating, and how much. Currently I am eating 6 meals a day, 4 "real" shakes, every two hours. I am eating roughly 3300 a day. Also, I am just about to start taking creatine, hopefully to offset lost muscle while cutting.
