    skrany upper body

    Hey there.. my upper body is pritty skranny and I would really like to build it up a little.. altough I really am happy with my lower body.. I am at 110 now 5'5 clean diet.. fruit veggies lean meats lots good carbs no crap food. Yes a little small working on building the weight up a little. I do not want to gain on the bottom (thighs) however. Any suggestions please?

    monday- 15min warm up elliptical/ tredmill
    legs.. squats 12x3, walking lunges 15x3, 2 leg curl machines dont know what thier called also a few pilates moves

    tuesday- 25 min run

    wed-rest

    thursday- shoulders/chest

    friday-25min run

    sat-triceps biceps.. abs/ obliques

    sun-rest

    That doesn't tell us much. Exercises, sets/reps, etc....

    You're overworking your arms and shoulders. And you have no back work? Your leg routine should be mainly squats, deadlifts, lunges...the machines are supplement only.

    wheres back???...what about exercises? sets? reps?

    I am fairly new to the whole weights things... ( a former cardio bunny) trying to get into lifting a bit. I dont really know any moves for the back. As well i mostly just use the circut area and do 12x3 of most of the machines according to my worlout day. I am very inexperienced with free weights. I would apreciate any help with a good routine and suggestions thxs
