Moron at my gym
Here is a good story......the veteran lifters will get a kick out of this....
you had to see this clown at the gym......total moron.....doesn't leave his ego at the door and looks foolish and totally emabarasses himself.
he has a bench underneath a bar...........he proceeds to load the barbell with 405lbs....4 plates on each side...........lays on the bench tries to push the bar up can't move screams and yells F word......takes 10 minutes walks around a bit..............gets back under is able to get the barbell off the resting bar.....then lowers it back down...........I'm staring at this clown wondering if it's a tricep exercise or just so he can tell his buddies he pushed 405 up.......can't hold my laughter much longer I tell some buds in the gym to watch this clown, maybe he knows something we dont....
OK...........next feat of strength........tries to do flat dumbbells bench presses...........grabs the 105 bad boys........has noone spotting him.........has the dumbbells resting on his knees, lays back down can't budge the weight.......flips weights off to the side...........by now I'm pissing in my pants watching this clown.............tries 105 again......fails...........grabs 100...fails...........now I'm waiting for this guy to hurt himself.......finally grabs the 90's and was able to do 2 reps.....oh baby...........looks like he had enuff of that.............goes to the maching flys......does whatever I wasn't watching anymore cause I really wanted to say soemthing to this guy but I would have gotten myself in trouble........then goes and does 225 barbell shrugs........ok he's gaining common sense I thought..........loads up every plate on the hack squat machine.........now it's getting good..........goes down 1/8 of an inch..racks it back up.........writes something down in some log book..............leaves all the plates on that thing for some other yahoo to take off cause he wants to do hacks......gets his coat and leaves...............
Terrible looking physique.........wears a white cutt off armour shirt....gut slighty hanging over his weight belt............total mess I tell ya

to be honest, just let them do what they wanna do. theyre not affecting you in anyway.
unless theyre causing your muscles to catabolize, i think you should just shut up.
it's good enough you know you're stuff and they dont.

Those guys are funny. If you really want to amuse yourself, compliment him on his tecnique and strength and he“ll probably will try to lift even more beyond his capability.
Or, if your the kinder type, you can ask politely if he wants you to show him how to train properly. If he wants your help, give it to him dedicate a couple of hours of your time to help the poor guy out. If he declines see the first paragraph.

whats wrong with partial reps? by the way that was me you saw in your gym and my belly was prodruing cause i had a prework out meal and it hadnt settle yet.

First, he is simply calling him a moron. He is not trying to interfere with the moron's workout. Also, leaving any station without removing your weights is rude. So he does negatively impact on the OP.
It is my opinion that moron's have the right to exist in our society.
It is also my opinion that non-moron's are allowed to ridicule the moron's on Internet forums.
