Is this a sign of cortisol being released and it feeding off my muscles? Should I take a shake of whey protein? I woke up today and my arms, legs all felt like ****, very sore.
And obviously I'm on keto.

I've found that if i don't have protein + carbs in my PWO shake that i get incredibly sore... I don't think it's the same for everyone but maybe your just not eating how you need to, to recover... play around with some different things PWO and see how you go.
