An under-utilized, but effective exercise
Dumbell Skull Crushers.
I experience far less joint pain doing these than when using the EZ Curl bar.
If you have elbow pain, or are just seeking some variation, give these a try.
I have my fists touch the top of the dumbell and take them down until the bottom of each is at about ear level.
Enjoy!

For a HUGE majority of people...
start on a full body 3x per week, add body part volume while reducing body part frequency as you progress. It's that friggin simple. It isn't "1 bodypart every 2 weeks for 70 sets" OR "Soviet/Bulgarian each bp 10x per week using 1 exercise each". There are middle grounds.

i just get really frustrated when these "gurus" claim they invented exercises. as if no one knew about an elbows out extension before dave tate. i cant wait to write a book with all my secretz in it. i'll call it "IDWAB's guide to all the exercises i learned from the exercise section at BB.com" or is that too long?

This is an old thread that got bumped, offering an alternative to ez bar/bb skulls for those with joint pain.
If your comments are directed at me, maybe you'd like to explain how exactly that is BS.
