im logging off now cause its 530 in the morning for me. but how old was you?
you seem to have some decent size but not really shape or definiton. not nkocking you but just curious as to how you workout. if you really have put on 60 pounds and arent a fatass thats pretty cool. I am about 20lbs heavier than when i started and have pretty hardcore definition for a casual gym user.

I just turned 20, I lift 5-6 times a week, most of the time 5x but if i do cardio then 6, like I said im going for mass right now not defination, and obv by looking at the pic im not fat, like i said im 5'6 180lbs and around 15%bf, I started lifting senior year in high school in my basement and in that summer I joined the local gym, i went from around 120lbs to what im at now which is about 180 which was roughly 2 years.
