I was thinking of making my own dips bars, cause I workout at home.
Does anyone else do this?
Any tips/ideas on how to do it??
I have these, which may help: http://www.tennis-warehouse.com/descpageNIKE-NPUG.html
I was thinking of rigging them up on two chairs or something, any ideas?

my computer wouldn't open up your link but it doesn't matter. making your own dip station is ok as long as it is stable and can support your weight. the last thing you need is to have it come crashing down with you on it and you blowing your shoulder out or something. go ahead and create something but test it out and make sure it can handle your bodyweight. good luck. by the way, dips are awesome.
supplements- whey protein, special two vitamin, amino fuel, NO Xplode, Tren Xtreme, Mass Xtreme, liver detoxifier and support, p5p, Reversitol, Met-RX Big 100 meal replacement bars, and lots of calories!
