some of my friends are taking cell tech and that other tech **** whatever it is (the creatine)
i cant seem to explain to them that it sucks and is a huge waste of money. time and time again i tell them that you can get stuff that is much better and way cheaper but they just wont listen.
also i talk to this guy at my gym who is pretty cool (hes the only other person my age there) and 2day i asked him waht supps he was taking. he said cell tech and muscle tech or whatever it is. how can i in a friendly way tell him that that stuff sucks and to get better stuff for cheaper. i just wanna help him out but dont want it to seem like i think i know everything. should i help him or let him do his own stuff?
thanx

I would start by telling them that for one, Cell-tech is a dinosaur supplement. There has been huge advances in effective supplements by many companies out there that are far both more effective than Cell-tech, and also cheaper. Then have them do a search on bb.com and see for themselves what you are trying to explain to them.
Hope this helps.

They def are right, Cell-Tech is a dinosaur supplement with way too much sugar in it. However I took it and went up a lot of weight on my bench and put on a good amount of size. I did have to stop taking it because the taste made me soooo sick 2 my stomach that I would sit there and hold the glass for 15 min after every work out deciding if I could drink it or not without throwing up lol. No joke tho. At first it tasted like gatorade that ended after about a week or so. I haven't took that **** in over 3 years but I can still recall how disgusting it was just by thinking about it. So maybe you should tell him my story lol. hope this helps

If it were my friend, Id wear cowboy boots to his place, kick him in the nuts, and pour his Cell Tech down the toilet. If he gets up before you finish, kick him in the nuts again, and punch him in the face for good measure. Good luck.
PS Video tape it if you can.IP ban Nutrabolics for lying and now threats.

Ehh just let it be man. It does you no harm, and it's not worth breaking a friendship or starting an arguement over CELL-TECH... lol.

so there's this guy at my gym; he's bigger than me, he's stronger than me, and he's way more ripped than me. ALL of the supps he uses are muscletech. who am i to tell him muscletech sucks?
me: "hey dude, muscletech sucks."
him: "oh yea? what do you use?"
me: "xtend, substance and swole v3."
him: hitting a most muscular pose- "maybe your supps suck"
me: "just think of how much money you could save"
him: "i'll keep buying what works for me"
me: "ummm, good idea"

Simply lead by example. People will eventally ask you what you use and why, and that's when you educate them.

!!
i just don't get it. you make it sound like Cell Tech sucks for everyone. maybe you just didn't respond well to it. some people respond extremely well to it. some people can also get it for cheap so that makes it effective and cheap. i agree that most of Muscletech's stuff is useless and overpriced but Cell Tech isn't one of them. at least in my opinion it isn't.
supplements- whey protein, special two vitamin, amino fuel, NO Xplode, Tren Xtreme, Mass Xtreme, liver detoxifier and support, p5p, Reversitol, Met-RX Big 100 meal replacement bars, and lots of calories!

I've got a better idea and you'll make money. Go around back to GNC's dumpster and collect all the Cell Tech tubs you can find. Then, go buy bulk dextrose, creatine, and koolaid powder and mix them all together, pour them into the tubs and sell them back to your friends for a little less than what they paid retail for telling them you got a hookup or you found a good sale.

I've learned the hard way not to give a crap about what other people take.
One of the fatass football coaches talked a friend of mine into getting on some MuscleTech and Xyience products. The fat coach also got him to start using his split that has helped him "bulk up." I don't understand how he thinks lifting for legs 4 days per week, then your entire upper body two days in a row is a good way to go about things, but whatever.
