ab shape
i hope this isnt genetics, but my abs are kinda weird. because i dont have a camera with me, i drew a diagram in paint :P
the blue in the diagram is the abs that are weird. i understand that the lines wont be perfectly symmetrical, but one side has a rounded ab and theother has a more polygonal ab. its kinda pissing me off.
the top two abs in the diagram are drawn pretty realisically as if you were looking at me, however the rest i just threw together.
any advice?

maybe you inadvertantly favour a side during sit ups or crunches, my right top ab sticks out further cause i do it without realisng. other than that, could just be body shape. a lot of people have weird shape abs, so long as they are there, thats the main thing, right?

well maybe if one is actually more deveolped due to the odd shape, you could put in an extra set or two of twisting crunches or something, favouring the underdeveolped side? or go look for an article on abs i guess
