Hey guys, I'm a 232 pd male and have been using creatine for month and a half now i've been using Phospaghen Elite, 2 scoops which is 10.5 grams of creatine and 1 scoop on off days, Should i just take 5 grams on workout days and half a scoop which would be 2.5 grams on off days, just wondering cause i've been reading some articules that say 5 grams is all the body can handle , the rest would be pissed out ... Yeah, the body can handle roughly about 5g a day. Now everyone's absoprtion rate is different, but I doubt you are really absorbing all 10g and you are, quite literally, pissing your money away. :-p I would just do like you said, one scoop for on days (split, half before and half after workouts) and a half scoop on rest days.
