Branched Chain Amino Acids are the Esstenial Amino acids that your body needs for it can NOT produce them without food or supplement form.
There are 3 BCAAs; Leucine, Isoleucine and valine, while there are 11 EAAs, including those 3 BCAAs
The rest of the amino acids your body can produce
Now some nutrition textbooks made a new category of Semi-esstenial amino acids"I'm special, you're special. We are all just a bunch of special fcukers!" - Stifler
