    How Much Should You Bulk??

    i started bulking again 3.5 months ago... started at 180... am now 190.... i do not plan on "cutting" until NEXT summer... about 10 months from now.... with this said... how much weight should I gain?? should i get up to around 200 or so... maintain this for 4 months... then go to 210 for the next six?? what is a good benchmark?? please help!!

    why would you wanna maintain for 4 months??
    i dont see a point in it unless you wanna gain streangth while maintaining.
    either bulk or cut

    well.... i could see myself gaining about 3 lbs a month for the next year... getting to be realy fat.... so i was just curious.. if you guys in your vast knowledge.. usually either A. stop bulking and start cutting at a certain weight threshold (also bf%)... or B. just maintain a certain amt. of excess weight. or C. some other technique or idea that I hadnt heard or thought of.
