Im 155 tring to get to 180. I know i should have at least 160grams of protein to 200 a day. But i dont know about carbs. Im not going to bother counting fats im just having a shot of flax oil in the morning and olive oil on foods. could somone help me out. thanks in advance

id say 175-225g protein for you.. you need lots of fat but not really LOTS of fat.. LOL.. id say 80-90g fat a day would do for you, fats are important but excess fats come to no use.. then the rest just have as many carbs as needed (make sure its fibrous carbs. brown rice, rye bread, whole wheat crispbread, oats etc) until you come to a point where you gain a pound a week.
