You don't need to keep the body guessing. You will see far better results by establishing a fixed training schedule and constantly striving for improvements within that routine. Work on running farther, faster, or longer and lifting more weight each time you train. The only time you need to switch things up is when you get stuck in your routine and you stop seeing progress over a long period of time.

This explains some stuff on how growth hormone basically doesn't have much effect on lypolysis for burning fat. It's not really a magical solution to change it up from high to low intensity. It seems to be more a matter of using my glycogen and glyserol stores in the body to get to the andipose fat tissue in the belly =)
