    Xtend

    I have a question for you guys. I have been using xtend and substance wpi and I am about to finish the bottles. I will be ordering some stuff tonight and I was wondering would I be able to notice a difference I just took xtend instead of xtend and substance wpi? I would like to try glycergrow with my xtend so I am thinking about ordering that with my xtend instead of substance. I have read how people like the two together just wanted to know if I would be able to notice if I took out the substance wpi.

    It wont make a drastic difference but yeah it will make a difference, you will no longer be getting a flow of EAA and BCAA. Both work together to help with recovery and help pack on mass. I think substance+Xtend is more benefical then glycergrow+Xtend.

    YS, with you guys recommendation with the number of EAA's and BCAA's before, during, and after the workout. Some of that BCAA count will come from the WPI as well as the BCAA's right? Maybe this is a redundent question. Also, is there a total number recommendation for EAA's and BCAA's like at the pre- during and post workout times? For cardio, what is a good number of eaa's and bcaa's to take pre- and during the cardio? I heard taking EFA's and caffeine pre-workout helps your body get to the fat stores faster.

    We dont count the BCAA from whey protein. What we recommend is 0.17 grams x bodyweight from free form bcaa like xtend+20-40 grams of whey. You start sipping this 15 min pre workout and sip throughout the whole workout. We recommend cardio post workout at a low intensity at a heart rate of 125-145 for 30-45 min and you continue to sip on your BCAA/EAA during this. If doing just cardio it will depend what time it is and what intensity your doing.

    Morning, empty stomach at low intensity. My heart will be at about 131.
    I was wondering what u would recommend for an Endomorph, would it be low intensity in a fasted state in the morning or sprinting in evening? I've read positives and negatives on each, I was wondering what was best?

    Have a whole food meal 1-1.5 hour pre workout. Like Chicken Breast/Peanut Butter/Veggies. The insulin response of this meal will be lowered by the fat intake.

    Ok I finally tried mixing my grape xtend and watermellon wpi and I have to say its pretty nasty. I love the grape xtend by itself so I am guessing it has to be the wpi. I have tried taking the watermellon wpi on its own and its really sweet and hard to drink. Is the grape wpi really sweet like that? I am thinking about ordering the grape but since I already have the watermellon would it be any less beneficial to down a scoop before my workout instead of sipping it pre/during/post?

    I personally least like the watermellon flavor, grape and chocolate are my favorite. But it is more beneficial to sip it during if you can, did you let it sit in the fridge overnight?

    Yeah I mixed it the night before and that morning I took about 3 sips of it and I just couldnt handle it so I had to pour it out and I ended up just mixing the grape xtend with some water. I mean I loved the watermellon mixed with watermellon xtend, but with grape its just not so good.

    Ive tried it and actually liked it, but liked watermellon+grape substance the best. But its always best to mix grape with grape and watermellon with watermellon.

    Its all good I will just save the watermelon for the next time I have watermelon xtend. I just ordered some grape wpi and I should have it by friday.

    Alright, I personally love grape substance+grape xtend better then watermellon xtend+watermellon substance for workouts. Good stuff.
