ok..i'm thinking about shaving my chest, but to be honest i'm not sure if it will be better. hopfully it will expose better my inner chest, but maybe it will exose a bad inner chest. you see, i like an inner chest with a "narrow canyon" in the middle, not a wide one, and i'm not sure how mine will look.... (are there training habits that promote this?)..... anyway, does anybody have a picture of a befre/after shaving chest?

To shave or not to shave?
Look, as far as shaving goes here's how I see it:
Big Chest = thin hair to make ya look manly and at the same time, you can still notice the fact thats its muscle not just a wild forest of hair.
Smaller Chest (Leaner) : no hair. NONE! Skinny chest with hair makes ya look wierd :S . . .
And if your not planning on going to any comps or nothing, just follow the directions above and you'll be a better person for it.

This is a pretty old pic of mine..
chest hair has grown back since then and ive decided to keep it on... waxing was just too friggin painful... also made the mistake of letting an ex wax my chest for me... lets just say it was pretty painful!! hahahaha
oh and yes i have hair on my abs aswell now... dont mess with that area man, hair grows back darker, luckily chest hair is ok...

Just do it dude, if you don't like what you see, let the hair grow back! I shaved my chest a fair while ago, primarily because my chest hair grew in freakish, unnatural patterns, but also because if you've got some work to be proud of, get it out there.
Plus it looks great when you're wearing a shirt that exposes some good clean, hard chest. Toss a neck-chain around as well and you'll be looking pimp in no time.

According to reviews online, a lot of people have liked Philips Bodygroom, there new shaver for your body. I saw it in Mens Health and checked out the website. The website is pretty funny so I would check it out even if you aren't interested. I'm planning on picking one of these up to try it out.

I shaved from above and below sea level(Waist line...haha) and it felt great. But man, I didnt realize how much of a wind blocker it was. I'm not real hairy, just a little and I shaved in the winter time....dont ask why....the next morning (5am) the morning wind blew and it was about 50's...brrrrr. But got used to it.
The next time I just used the bare hair clippers (no attachments). It gets really low.
I just bought some Nair for men..gonna try that out next.
But I think after this attempt I'm just going to use the hair clippers again...then shave with a razor.
The only place I'm gonna wax is my back.
But the folks that do the chest...do you also do your arms as well. Would seem kinda weird to have a bare chest and hairy arms....:dunno:
My arm hairs are very fine, do you cant really see them...
Then if you do your upper body..what about your legs?
Damn..seems endless...might as well just do it all I guess...haha
