Is it ok doing cardio (running) when your legs are sore?
I'm lifting weights on mondays, wednesdays, fridays and doing cardio on tuesdays, thursdays and sundays.
My leg day is on Fridays.

If its too sore then you better lay back for a while, because the muscle tissue need rest to repeair, so running will not do any good.
