    Missing gym days

    My gym days are usually Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Well, lets say i missed monday and wednesdays workout. Would i be able to jam the 2 workouts i missed into the end of the week. So now, i'd workout Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Would this still be just as effective? Does it matter when you workout in the week, aslong as each body part does get trained weekly?

    thats fine man, it should be just as fine, my gym days are tue, wed and friday, mind you i only lift on tue and fri, my main aim is overall fitness so i do cardio on wednesday (1hr) and a little cardio at the end of each sesh,
    as long as your training you'l be growing!lol

    No you have to work out at 2:54pm on a tuesday afternoon to see results. J/K

    Why dont you just start the cycle from Friday again? Count it as a lay off.
