    Leukic and Green Bulge

    I workout first thing in the morning, 0430. I have to get up at 0400 to take my GB, I am also going to be starting my Leukic in the next week or so. They both say to take before workout, doing this will it cause problems or delete some of the effects of both? thanks,

    They shouldn't interfere with each other at all. I actually used to take my Green Bulge with my breakfast as I do all my creatine products. Eitherway, you can take both preworkout and they should compliment each other well.

    So did you take the GB before or after the workout, I workout, have a protein shake about 30 mins later, then have breakfast 45-60 mins later.

    you can technically take green bulge anytime of the day you want. but most people take it preworkout with white blood so you optimize your workout.
