I am roughly the same weight as you (158lbs) and 5'7". I am on a 40/40/20 bulk right now, taking in around 330 carbs daily.

Stop curling 105 lbs for 2 reps. No wonder you only have 13 1/2 inch arms
Your arms will respond better to 6-10 reps at a lower weight. Just a suggestion!
Not saying this to be mean, just that ure strength numbers are similar to mine, but my arms are 15 and a quarter inches. I cant curl 105 lbs. Can curl 95 for 2 reps maybe. And my bench isnt 205, its only 175, 1 rep max prob about 195 but still not as high as yours. You should be getting more size in comparison with those poundages.
And yes 40/40/20 i second that, good ratio, you could even go high in carbs to 50/30/20.

lol i do 10 reps of 3 sets, just because thos are my stats doesnt mean thos are my reps i do during w/o's.
and you are comparing to a 15 year old.
and no thats not why i have 13 1/2 inch arms it's because im low bf and im only 15.
your 22 im 15. BIG diff there buddy.
You should be getting more size in comparison with those poundages. what does that meen.??
you are bigger 2 inch bigger arms and im stronger and what i gathered is i need to work on MY LIFTING stats.
looks like somebody is behind.
not trying to be mean, but than again you put me down for no reason.

I recommed a 1:2 protein to carb ratio. For bulking I have been using a 30/60/10 split at 4800 calories.

fat percentage is too low.
try out this program for adding up your macronutrients, it has default settings for how many carbs you can get, but you can change that.

I've been following this for 6 months and currently weigh 244lbs at 11% bodyfat on a 5'11" frame. Don't knock it until you try it.

I doubt you are counting your calories properly, moving on.......
btw is this 5'11 thing supposed to convince us all that your 10% fat intake is the root cause of your size and bodyfat? As far as proper nutrition is concerned you have that size and bodyfat in spite of your fat intake.

I am my friend. I practice what I preach and I know how to count as I have taken over 9 semesters of math (6 undergrad, 3 masters). Although my major was comp sci my minor was exercise phys.

Thanks captain obvious. I'm not trying to convince anyone of anything. I just don't go around telling people that are using a macro ratio that has worked for them that they can't count. I suggest you be a little more controlled in your approach and you might get engaged in a more respectful manner.

What i mean by not counting properly is how much fat you actually eat, I do not doubt your actual counting abilities.

what he did right or wrong is irrelevant, 10% fat intake is not good enough.
