Best routine for fat loss routine.
I'm bulking right now, but I just wanted to know:
1. When starting to cut, is it best to have a 3 day split?
2. If I did HIIT on off days, 2x a week then on Sunday I play pick-up ball that gets me really tired.
3. Would starting out with HIIT have the same effect as if I built a running base first?

1. no, you can have a fullbody too.
2. sounds like a plan
3. probably will not make much difference either way.
