Your prayers have been answered. Now you can use the same split as he.

That shows why they needed to use someone else's legs for the skirt shots in Troy.

Because on any given week there are numerous threads asking how Brad Pitt got so "sw0le" for Troy or how one could look like Brad in Fight Club. Now we all know.

The sad thing is he paid thousands of dollars for that when he could have found a much better split for free.

Wtf
Props to Brad Pitt, he was CUT in Fight Club, but now every guy that wants to look like Brad Pitt will do that and then 8 weeks later when they have no results theyre going to get all depressed and binge on ice cream or something
and Im pretty sure my split is better than that

maybe we should start a trend towards more manly looking men as action heroes in movies?
they dont have to necessarily be bodybuilders, back in the days of stallone, van damme and schwarzenegger, bodybuilders werent as big as they are now...they were much more aesthetically pleasing...so i cant blame hollywood for not wanting to put ronnie, cutler, yeates or some of the real "freaks" on film as actors...but to have guys who just look bigger than your typical hollywood leading men these days, would begin a positive turn for hollywood, and bodybuilding in general.
right now we have vin diesel, tom jane and the rock. and i can see michael clarke duncun becoming a badass. granted, theyre not the greatest actors, but none of the top action stars were, hell, van damme and segal play pretty much the same character in every movie.
i dont know about you guys, but when i see an action movie, i want the main character to look like he can kick some ass and finesse it along the way. there are your exceptions, such as the refined coolness of bond, your martial arts skilled jet li's, and harrison ford's indiana jones, but unless the part calls for the guy to not be physically intimidating, i will never buy keaunu reeves, brad pitty, or tobey maguire as action heroes.

that whole article is bollocks. There's no way in hell Brad Pitt used that routine to get in the shape he did for Fight Club, and as for McConaughey - he's always been buff - no 'transformation' for him to get in shape for Sahara.
...So much bloody bollocks on these Men's Health website/magazine things!

In theory would a split like that really work? I mean if you did one muscle group a day (granted you hit it a little harder than Brad, though), could it work? I've thought about doing something like that before, but never knew if it could work or not...

re
of corse it will work as long as you shock your muscle fibres enough and have a protein rich diet, why not.

I think its funny yet unsurprising that there is absolutely nothing in that split for leg training. Not even squat jumps or bodyweight lunges...nothing
