Well I am starting my diet soon it’s going to be only carbs morning and post work out at night with 6 small meals a day. I want around 40-50g of protein per meal and no carbs / fat, my daily intake of protein is meant to be around 390G. The only thing I really know to eat is tuna you can't eat 10+ cans of tuna a day lol, please hep I am really stuck atm.

What is your height/weight? 390 grams of protein is a lot for anyone. Im 180lbs and i take in about 240 a day. Anyways, Takin in a majority or your carbs around your workout time can be a very benificial way to cut some bodyfat. I would however, up the healthy fats. For example, an easy/healthy dinner would be 8oz grilled salmon, steamed broccoli, and a spinach salad with oil and vinegar. You need the healthy fats, they are extremely important in a cutting diet.
What does your current routine/diet look like?

6.3/4 foot and 260-270 LBS(19 Stone) I done weight lifting 6 days a week, reps and strength on some days just for kicks it really motives me when I lift extremely heavy weights. Been doing weights about 5 - 6 weeks and now I have left school I am ready to go on my mega body fat loss diet I am pretty much obese now, I thought the diet I post above is good to build muscle and to lose weight. But I can't find any foods that fit that cata apart from tuna, Cerial / wheetabix breakfast and some whole-wheat plain pasta for post work out carbs. I just want pure protein really for the other 4 meals. If I just eat like 10 cans a tuna a day for the 4 meals will I be really ill?

How many carbs are you planning on eating each day? It looks like your are going to try a low carb diet to lose weight. It will work and I strongly recommend you do try it. But you are setting yourself up for failure by not eating FAT. You need it on a low carb diet. You are going to be miserable eating 10 cans of tuna day. (ficken YUCK!)
Make it easy. Have a big breakfast, eggs (with yokes) and some meat.
Not sure what you can get for lunch, but this might be a good time to wolf down your tuna.
At dinner, have a big steak(don't trim the fat) or big chicken(with the skin)with veggies. Don't worry about getting 45 meals a day. Eat 3 big ones, with fats, you will feel satisfied and the weight will fall off.Last edited by IraHays; 05-16-2006 at 06:49 AM.

Awwww i see. Well being that you are 260lbs, then id aim for about 300g protein max. That would give you 1200 cals alone right there. Then lets look at your post workout shake. Even though you are cutting, you NEED to have one. Aim for 60 carbs and then 50 grams protein post workout. That would be 440 clean cals. So your at 1640 cals. The rest of your intake can come from Steamed/grilled veggies, healthy fats and lean protein. Aim for things like:
protein
-lean beef (96% lean)
-Chicken breast
-Tuna
-salmon
-halibut (etc...)
-pork loin
-turkey
fats
-olive oil
-fish oils
-walnuts/almonds
-avacodo
-natural peanut butter
carbs
-100% oats
-veggies
-brown rice
-black/pinto beans
-fiber one cereal
-all bran cereal
-skim milk
Trust me; eat your healthy fats, eat your protein and eat the majority of your carbs around your post workout and your body fat will drop. You must stick with a clean diet....its the key to a successful cut
