    Do I think people different metabolically in how they respond to carbs vs fats? Yes. Insulin sensitivity, basal leptin levels, etc., can be genetic.

    Do I think you can actually TEST for this right now? No.

    I think he's taking some minor truths and turning it into a fake science.

    i agree with emunah. we all know that we are all different and respond to different training stimuli and foods. but trying to fit everybody into different metabolic "categories" is just the same as finding a one size all approach. not everyone is going to fit perfectly in every category.
