    Average Deadlift

    Hey today i got my deadlift to 180 for ten reps, and I was just wondering how good of a lift this is for someone my size? I started deadlifting about 2 months ago, and i'm 5'6, and about 146pounds. I'm just really excited because my deadlifts been going up allot lately. If theres anyone else around my size, what can you deadlift?

    im 5'8" at 155 pounds...and i do 245 12x for 3-4 sets (depends on how i feel after my back day) but i started 1 month ago doin 225 4 times.

    I'm 5' 8" ~160lb, I use 185-215 for reps, but i just started doing them a month or so ago. There are guys at my gym that use a lot more than that that aren't that much bigger than me.

    I'm 17, around 130 lbs. and female, Normally do 3-4 sets, with 5-8 reps, starting out at 235 and going up 10-25 pounds each set. Last max was 305. . Good luck
