how many calories should I be getting a day, if i wanna drop some serious weight(fat), and not lose any muscle???
I train 7 days a week, and do about an hour of cardio 7 days a week as well.

200 Lbs X 10 = 2000 calories.
Thats ballpark, you may have to adjust by as much as 5% depending on your metabolism. Some people have a very high metabolism. Just make sure you are getting at least a gram of protein per LB of weight. And look into some glutamine.Signature donated to the memory of Raprazant.
